The world is finally budding (and blooming) again alongside us. The weather is warmer, the flowers are blossoming, and we are collectively reemerging. Happy Spring.

I have felt the pull towards self-love in my own life this year. I made difficult decisions for myself and my health, I pushed myself to be vulnerable with others and allowed myself to receive love, I confronted unhealthy thought patterns with more determination than ever before. It's as if the world is saying to me through its reawakening:

"Excuse me, how are you so willing to see the beauty all around you but not within yourself?"
